Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established company working in the heart of the city of London.

We are recruiting for an FS Operations Office Junior. The ideal candidate will either have or be looking to gain administration experience from a professional company.

The ideal candidate should be

• Technical and analytical with an enquiring mind.

• Have an eye for detail and passion for accuracy

• Able to carry out data entry tasks at a good pace, whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy.

• The ability to work unsupervised using initiative will be important.

• Must have a keen interest in technology and developing/learning your own skills.

What you will be doing

- Payment reconciliation

- Helping to develop the current CRM System (From a processing perspective)

- Working with the team to get feedback on areas of process weakness, and being instrumental in helping to deliver these improvements.

- Updating and Development of Power BI and other CRM/Internal systems

- Playing an active role in R&D of technology in the FS space.

- Data management.

- General Admin requirements:

o Diary Management

o Event planning

o Expense Reconciliation

o Minuting meetings
