Outbound Sales Executive – Automotive £30,000 Base Uncapped Commission, Middleton Want a sales role where your effort directly drives your earnings? We’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing online car servicing platforms, connecting drivers with a trusted nationwide network of garages. With rapid year-on-year growth, we’re expanding—and we need ambitious, high-energy salespeople to help us scale even further. The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in growing our network by onboarding garages across the UK—helping them unlock consistent, year-round work without the cost or hassle of marketing. This is a high-volume, high-reward outbound sales role where success is measured—and rewarded—daily. What you will be doing • Pitching a compelling value proposition and closing new business daily, • Managing your own sales pipeline and consistently hitting targets, • Handling objections with confidence and negotiating win-win deals, • Building long-term partnerships with garage owners, • Thriving in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment What We’re Looking For • Proven B2B telesales / outbound sales experience (2+ years), • A confident closer who isn’t afraid of rejection, • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, • Highly target-driven with a competitive edge, • Motivated by earning commission and exceeding expectations, • Resilient, energetic, and hungry to succeed, • Automotive knowledge is a bonus—not a requirement What You’ll Get • £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000+), • A clear path for progression within a rapidly growing company, • A supportive, high-performance team environment, • Company pension, casual dress, and on-site parking, • The opportunity to be part of a business scaling quickly across the UK
