About the role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic bar supervisor to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have a natural warmth for people and feed off the adrenalin of a busy service. The role requires an interest in mixology and provides creative freedom to design new drinks. While experience in a similar environment is preferred, there is always opportunity for those who represent true hospitality. Responsibilities Organisation across both Oma and Agora bars to ensure that the staff and the service are operating efficiently. Assisting the bar manager with ordering and invoices. Managing batch and stock quantities. Interacting with and serving customers during service. Be an ambassador for our brand at all times, through exceptional hosting skills and service.
