Job description: Sales Manager – Colchester OTE £50,000 | High-Performing Estate Agency | Career Progression Minimum of 3 Years Estate Agency with a proven track record of experience required Harris + Wood are growing — and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our high-performing Colchester office. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the branch — not just through your own results, but through your influence on the team, standards, and overall performance. On-target earnings: £50,000 (Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission) Working Pattern: Full-time Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm Fridays: 8.30am-5.00pm Saturdays 8.30am-4.00pm (with one weekday off) The Role As a Sales Manager in our flagship Colchester branch, you’ll be responsible for: • Consistently delivering against Sales, Market Appraisal and Mortgage Appointment targets, • Ensuring every vendor receives an exceptional selling experience, • Negotiating offers to the highest standard, maximising outcomes for all parties, • Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and vendors, • Driving and influencing overall branch performance, • Confidently handling complex situations with professionalism and control Colchester is our largest and most dynamic office — fast-paced, target-driven, and full of opportunity.
