Account Executive / Senior Account Executive – AI SaaS (B2B) Industry: AI / SaaS / FinTech / Regulated Markets Location: Manchester (hybrid/on-site presence expected) The Opportunity: We’re supporting a fast-scaling AI SaaS business selling into regulated B2B markets. Demand is strong, and the proposition is proven; the focus now is on building a predictable, disciplined sales engine. This role suits both high-energy Account Executives and experienced Senior AEs. The level and compensation will be aligned based on experience and deal complexity, but expectations around execution, CRM discipline, and closing are non-negotiable. What You’ll Be Doing: • Owning and progressing B2B SaaS opportunities from first contact to close, • Running outbound, follow-up, discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiation, • Managing pipeline with clear next steps, stage integrity, and accurate CRM updates, • Working from defined sales playbooks and improving messaging using conversion data, • Closing deals cleanly and handing over clearly to delivery teams, • (Senior level) Leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals and driving expansion What Our Client is looking for: Account Executive level: • 1–4 years in B2B SaaS or technology sales, • Comfortable with outbound activity, demos, and structured sales processes Senior Account Executive level: • 5+ years closing mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS deals, • Experience managing procurement, risk, and multi-stakeholder cycles, • Experience: SaaS, fintech, lending, regulated industries, workflow or AI-enabled products. For both: • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce), • Commission-motivated, resilient, and process-led, • Low ego, high reliability: Executes rather than over-customises, • Experience: SaaS, fintech, lending, regulated industries, workflow or AI-enabled products.
