Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Oakland, CA. This position is mostly remote but will be required to go in-office periodically (once a week). The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Accounts Payable experience. The role will process invoices and check requests, manage the employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card expenses, attain proper invoice approval, coding, virtual filing, in-office scanning, and be comfortable in a fast paced AP position. Qualifications for the job include: - Strong Accounts Payable experience in a high volume fast paced environment - Solid knowledge of accounting knowing your debits and credits and general accounting - Industry experience with a non-profit would be nice - Software experience with Sage Intacct would be a plus - Team player, able to work independently, and friendly - Reliable, dedicated, and result oriented - Detailed, organized, able to take initiative - Solid customer service and communications both written and verbal - Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate, Word & Outlook) Experience: 2 or more years of experience in Accounts Payable (Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounting Assistant, Accounting Clerk) Employment Type: Temporary (5 to 6 months) If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at !
