Experience working with Veterans Affairs (the VA) preferred., • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or evidence of work experience or knowledge to compensate for absence of higher education. A minimum of three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted and will be reviewed for accountability., • Working knowledge of construction practices and the ability to call upon this knowledge to assist in implementing the various plans set forth on the project.
