Sr Revenue Operations Analyst Location: Remote (U.S.) Department: Marketing / Revenue Operations Reports To: VP of Marketing About the Role As WithMe's Sr Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll be the analytical driver connecting Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations across the full funnel—from first touch through renewal and expansion.You'll ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and actionable insights that inform investment decisions, optimize pipeline velocity, and improve retention and expansion metrics. Your work will proactively surface what's working, what's not, and key opportunities for improvement across all stages of the customer journey. Using tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), you'll build dashboards, refine attribution models, and provide leadership with clear, data-driven visibility into marketing and revenue performance. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is eligible for full remote work. Responsibilities Full-Funnel Reporting * Own the marketing-to-revenue reporting framework and continuously optimize attribution models across Salesforce, HubSpot, and BI tools. * Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards that provide insights from awareness through renewal. * Deliver actionable recommendations that improve performance across the funnel. Performance Insights & Forecasting * Identify and communicate trends, growth drivers, and bottlenecks in marketing and sales performance. * Support pipeline forecasting, budget allocation, and strategic decision-making through proactive insight generation. Data Analysis & Optimization * Analyze campaign, channel, and lifecycle performance across every stage of the funnel. * Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and initiatives that increase engagement, pipeline quality, and customer retention. Market Intelligence * Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, monitor competitor activity, and refine segmentation and ICP models. * Translate market and customer insights into recommendations that shape campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Lifecycle & Retention Analytics * Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to track conversions, renewal rates, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. * Identify retention drivers, churn risks, and expansion opportunities to improve CAC efficiency. Data Optimization & Infrastructure * Ensure lead quality, scoring, routing, and progression rules are accurate across CRM and automation systems. * Maintain data hygiene and enforce governance for consistent funnel visibility. Dashboard Management * Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker/Tableau. * Standardize attribution and lifecycle tracking models to give leadership clear visibility into performance. Marketing and Sales Alignment * Align Marketing, Sales, and Client Success on shared funnel metrics, SLAs, and lifecycle definitions (MQL > SQL > Opportunity > Closed-Won > Renewal). * Ensure marketing's contribution to revenue and retention is accurately measured. Documentation & Training * Maintain documentation of reporting logic, attribution methods, and data flows. * Train team members on dashboards, analytics tools, and best practices to enhance data literacy. Automation & Efficiency * Recommend and implement new tools, integrations, or AI-driven solutions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. * Stay current on analytics, RevOps, and marketing automation best practices. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Analytics. * Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, including attribution modeling, automation, and data governance. * Expertise in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions. * Demonstrated ability to lead advanced data analysis efforts, forecast trends, and build predictive models that inform strategic decisions. * Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics, lifecycle analytics, and pipeline optimization. * Experience developing and maintaining scalable reporting systems and data infrastructure. * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations for executives. * Proven leadership in mentoring others and promoting analytical best practices across teams. Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications. This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
