Responsibilities: Engage participants in social, health/wellness, recreational, exploratory discussion and other activities/groups based on their interests onsite and community based. Provide computer assisted learning and communication. Obtain setting-up and cleaning-up refreshments and materials. Complete required documentation to meet audit standards from DOHMH. Assist with the location of resources, programs, and other services for individuals. Create a monthly schedule of activities. Create and implement artistic ideas for weekly sessions Additional task maybe assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred Previous experience or knowledge in the I/DD field is a plus Work or life experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities is a plus Must have good interpersonal and verbal communication skills including ability to problem-solve Experience with developing and creating innovative recreation and other activities Good interpersonal skills. Our studio handles a constant flow of customer CADs, repeats, color changes, and custom designs, almost all of it still done by hand in Photoshop. We are hiring our first AI-focused CAD specialist to change that. You will be the person who figures out where AI fits in a real textile workflow, puts it to work on live customer projects, and teaches the rest of the studio how to use it. Every tool you introduce will be measured by one thing: getting finished, mill-ready work to customers faster.
