Job Description Project Manager – Cleaning & Contents Division ServiceMaster by Singer Lead Production. Maintain Control. Ensure Execution. ServiceMaster by Singer is seeking a disciplined, organized Project Manager to support projects within our Cleaning & Contents Division. This is an execution-focused role inside a structured system responsible for keeping work moving, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication across multiple active jobs. This role is NOT: • A high-level construction PM position, • A desk-only job, • A 9–5 role Compensation & Benefits • $55,000 – $65,000 base salary, • Performance-based advancement, • Paid certifications, • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, • IRA match, • Shared on-call rotation What You’ll Be Responsible For Keeping Jobs Moving • Coordinate multiple active jobs at the same time, • Support crew chiefs in daily execution, • Identify delays early and escalate when needed, • Capture photos, notes, and required job documentation, • Maintain organized, audit-ready files, • Track contents and inventory accurately, • Keep customers informed on progress and next steps, • Set clear expectations, • Prevent confusion through consistent updates, • Ensure crews follow proper techniques and standards, • Reinforce quality, organization, and job cleanliness, • Support training and development of crew chiefs, • Assist with physical work when needed (not primary role) What Success Looks Like • Jobs move consistently without delays, • Documentation is complete and accurate, • Customers clearly understand next steps, • Crew chiefs execute with clarity, • Minimal rework or confusion Requirements • 2+ years in restoration, construction, logistics, or field operations, • Experience coordinating work or supporting field teams, • Strong organization and follow-through, • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities, • Comfortable in jobsite and warehouse environments This Role Is Not For • Individuals expecting high-level PM authority, • Disorganized operators, • People who avoid documentation, • Individuals who rely on constant direction without execution Growth Path • Year 1: Master execution, documentation, and multi-job coordination, • Year 2: Increased responsibility and job complexity, • Future: Water or Construction roles based on performance Job Details • Full-time, • Monday–Friday + on-call rotation, • Overtime as needed, • In-person (field + warehouse) Company DescriptionServiceMaster by Singer is a family-owned disaster restoration and construction company serving Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, and Southern Pennsylvania.
