This position is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production schedules. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain operational efficiency and prevent loss or damage. Ultimately, this role supports the seamless flow of materials that is vital to meeting customer demands and production goals. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proven experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment., • Familiarity with material handling equipment., • Basic computer skills, including experience with bar code scanning and inventory management systems., • Certification in forklift operation., • Experience with order picking processes., • Knowledge of shipping regulations and documentation requirements., • Ability to work flexible hours including overtime when necessary., • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality., • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation to comply with company and regulatory standards., • Operate material handling equipment to move goods within the warehouse and production areas., • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update tracking systems using bar code scanning technology., • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to coordinate order picking and operations support, ensuring timely delivery of materials., • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and report any issues to management., • Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines and shipping schedules. 6:40 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Overtime before or after shift as needed.
