As a third-party recruiting partner, we are supporting a leading multi-site manufacturing organization in identifying a skilled engineer to drive process optimization, equipment performance, and cross-plant standardization. This high-impact role offers nationwide visibility and the opportunity to shape manufacturing operations across several facilities. About the Role The Mechanical Process Engineer will support multiple U.S. manufacturing plants, leading process development, continuous improvement initiatives, equipment specification, and technical troubleshooting. You'll collaborate closely with plant leadership, provide training, and ensure consistent application of best practices at all sites. The role requires up to 50% travel, including air travel, to domestic facilities. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
