This person will quote and select Vendors for tool build then provide knowledgeable input to the design, track mold build, and provide objective evidence and document the evidence. In addition, this person will be responsible for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)/T0 and tune the mold to meet the specifications of the part print. Transitioning the mold to production is to be smooth and thorough. Knowledge | Experience | Skills: A two-year degree in an Engineering field is required. A four-year Degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in plastics industry with emphasis on mold/part design. Injection molding process knowledge, Mechanical aptitude, leadership, and Project Management skills are required along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
