Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York. Duties: • Plan and book travel for leadership team, support organization in all travel inquiries and assistance as needed, • Organize quarterly business reviews, • Reserve conference rooms, meals, plan and reserve team events, • Assist with run of show and agendas, • Email reminders for compliance activities, annually coordinate holiday cards and gift baskets, and support any asks for Fleet issues Desired Skills/Experience: • 2+ years of experience in standard office administrative practices and procedures, • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software including but not limited to Power Point, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office Suite, • Excellent organization and planning skills, • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with little guidance, • Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits: • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans, • Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP), • 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
