We are seeking a Sales Director who will develop strategic revenue partnerships, expand our market presence, and help shape the future of our entertainment ecosystem. Position Overview The Sales Director will lead revenue strategy and partnership development across music, film, publishing, and live events. This role requires a dynamic, relationship-driven leader with entertainment industry experience, a strong understanding of partnership marketing, and the ability to craft compelling pitch decks that communicate value to brands, agencies, distributors, and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, comfortable working across multiple business units, and skilled at maintaining CRM systems to track pipeline and performance. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy spanning the record label, film projects, publishing catalogs, and touring initiatives., • Identify, pitch, and secure new revenue opportunities with brands, agencies, DSPs, distributors, promoters, and other industry partners., • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent growth and revenue expansion across all divisions., • Design and deliver high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials tailored for brand partners, investors, and media stakeholders., • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to articulate clear value propositions and business cases., • Develop integrated marketing solutions for partners across music releases, film campaigns, publishing initiatives, and live events., • Oversee execution of partnership deliverables, ensuring brand alignment and measurable ROI., • Leverage existing entertainment industry relationships to open new business channels and strengthen the company’s market presence., • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, showcases, festivals, and meetings., • Maintain and optimize the company’s CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable) to manage sales pipeline, contacts, and reporting., • Track KPIs, prepare regular revenue forecasts, and present updates to executive leadership. Required • 5–10 years of sales, business development, or partnership marketing experience within music, film, entertainment, or media., • Proven track record of closing deals with brands, agencies, distributors, or entertainment partners., • Expertise in building compelling pitch decks and sales presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides)., • Strong entertainment industry relationships across at least one major vertical (music, film, publishing, live events)., • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools., • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., • Experience at an indie label, production company, publisher, management company, or touring/promoter environment., • Understanding of intellectual property, content licensing, sponsorship structures, and entertainment marketing integrations., • Flexible work environment, • Opportunity to shape sales strategy across multiple entertainment verticals, • A creative, collaborative culture where ideas are valued and innovation is encouragedCompany DescriptionWe are a multi-platform Entertainment Group which spans music, film, television, digital media, graphic novels, magazine publishing, concerts, festivals, tours and events.
