Job DescriptionBenefits: • Health Insurance Reimbursement, • 401(k), • Dental insurance Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using appropriate measurement tools and test equipment., • Compare materials and finished products against specifications, drawings, and quality standards., • Record inspection results, defects, and nonconformities in the Quality Management System (QMS)., • Support root-cause investigations and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions., • Maintain calibration logs and coordinate equipment calibration schedules., • Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits.Operations Administration, • Provide administrative support for production scheduling, work orders, and operational documentation., • Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, forms, and controlled documents., • Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership review., • Coordinate communication between operations, quality, procurement, and other departments., • Support onboarding documentation and training record tracking for operational staff., • Manage inventory records, data entry, and transaction accuracy within ERP systems.Documentation & Data Management, • Prepare inspection reports, deviation reports, nonconformance documentation, and audit files., • Ensure accurate and timely data entry for quality events, production records, and inventory transactions., • Maintain organized, compliant document control systems., • Assist in digitalization and process standardization efforts as required.Continuous Improvement, • Participate in AS9100 and continuous improvement initiatives., • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative or quality processes., • Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency.Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical/administrative certification preferred., • 15+ years of experience in quality, operations, production admin, or related roles., • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data-entry systems (ERP experience is a plus)., • Ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, or work instructions., • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills., • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment, • Combination of office and production-floor environments., • May require occasional physical tasks depending on inspection duties., • Use of PPE as required.
