Available Shifts & Pay • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri), • 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri), • Pay: $18–$23/hr, depending on experience and role placement ???? Position Focus: Class 3 Electrical Assembler (IPC Certified) This is a high‑skill, high‑precision role ideal for candidates who take pride in elite workmanship and enjoy being the person others rely on for technical guidance. What You’ll Do • Perform Class 3–level electrical assembly with exceptional accuracy, • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions, • Execute advanced soldering, crimping, and re-work to IPC standards, • Build, align, and modify electronic components and assemblies, • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment, • Inspect and test assemblies during and after production, • Support wire harness assembly, wire processing, kitting, and packaging, • Reliable, steady, and quality-focused, • Comfortable in structured environments, • Detail-oriented and process-driven, • Experienced in electrical assembly, soldering, wiring, or related manufacturing, • Able to follow step-by-step instructions and maintain documentation, • Looking for long‑term stability and career growthRequirements, • High School diploma or equivalent, • IPC certification (Class 3 strongly preferred), • Experience in electrical assembly, soldering, wiring, or comparable work, • Strong manual dexterity and fine-motor skills, • Ability to accurately identify color, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (role-dependent)
