What You'll Do as a Warehouse Supervisor: • Lead the warehouse team each day, ensuring orders are completed on time and accurately., • Assign work, prioritize orders, and adjust throughout the day to keep things moving., • Monitor order flow, quality, and productivity, stepping in when issues come up., • Build & manage schedules to ensure the team is covered and running efficiently., • Train & coach team members to improve performance and build their skills., • Hold one-on-ones to review performance, set expectations, and address issues., • Set the tone on the floor by leading with accountability, consistency, and respect. Our Ideal Warehouse Supervisor: • Experienced: 2+ years leading a team in a warehouse, operations, or similar environment; able to manage schedules, prioritize work, and keep daily operations running., • Accountable: Sets clear expectations, follows through, and addresses issues directly when needed., • Coach & Developer: Trains and supports team members to improve performance and build skills., • Excellent Communicator: Clear, direct, and approachable with both the team and leadership., • Problem-solver: Identifies issues quickly and works toward practical solutions while improving workflows and team performance., • Computer Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems, data tracking, and performance metrics., • Active: Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
