Job Description As a Sales Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of our sales staff in both retail and wholesale operations. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong sales background to make a tangible impact in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure optimal performance. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching for improvement. - Assign duties, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels. - Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and product displays. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. - Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff. - Prepare sales reports and provide insights for management decision-making. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. - Support e-commerce and online sales activities as required. Requirements - Proven experience in a retail or wholesale sales environment, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and develop a sales team to achieve targets. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Good organisational and time management skills. - Competence with sales reporting and inventory management systems is an advantage. - Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
