To support this continued growth, they’re now looking for a Regional Trainer to join their Centre of Excellence team in the Midlands. The Role As Regional Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in upskilling and supporting colleagues across the region - helping to deliver safe, compliant, and consistent operational standards. You’ll: • Work alongside Regional Managers and the SHEQ & Governance team to identify training needs, • Develop and deliver engaging training packages — from classroom and e-learning to hands-on demonstrations, • Support induction and ongoing training programmes, ensuring all learning is captured through the LMS, • Collaborate with subject matter experts to build bespoke training materials across safety, compliance, and service delivery, • Contribute to internal audits, training evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives, • Maintain your own CPD and champion best practice across all regional sites This is a field-based, people-focused role where you’ll be out in the business, supporting teams on-site and helping drive performance through knowledge, engagement, and coaching.
