As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a commercially driven Business Sales Executive to support the growth of our client base, strengthen local partnerships, and contribute to the successful development of our Manchester operations. Role Overview The Business Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting the company’s immigration-related services, AI-enabled digital platform solutions, and professional training programmes to prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will provide sales guidance to customers regarding suitable service options, manage enquiries, develop local business relationships, demonstrate digital platform solutions, and support client onboarding activities. The role will also contribute to increasing MichelleBelle’s visibility within the Manchester business and community environment while supporting operational and administrative standards within the branch. The successful candidate will primarily work from the Manchester location, with occasional travel to the company’s Essex office for meetings, training, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Engagement • Promote and market the company’s immigration advisory services, JourneyTogether platform-AI-enabled support solutions, and training programmes to prospective and existing customers., • Provide professional sales guidance to clients regarding suitable immigration support services, digital products, and academy programmes., • Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the company’s AI-enabled digital platforms and advisory support tools to prospective and existing customers., • Support customer understanding and adoption of technology-enabled immigration and training solutions within a regulated professional services environment., • Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email, online consultations, networking events, and in-person meetings., • Convert enquiries into retained clients through professional relationship management and customer engagement., • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, educational institutions, community organisations, and referral partners., • Support local marketing and awareness initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence within Manchester and surrounding areas., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activity using internal systems and processes., • Identify opportunities to support growth in client acquisition and business development activities. Client Onboarding & Service Support • Assist with onboarding clients onto the JourneyTogether platform and other related services., • Support clients in understanding onboarding procedures, service processes, and documentation requirements., • Coordinate with internal advisory and operations teams to support a positive customer experience. Operational & Administrative Support • Support the implementation of branch operational procedures and administrative standards., • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory expectations., • Assist in ensuring professional service standards are maintained across customer interactions and branch activities., • Provide general administrative support relating to customer engagement and branch operations where required. Professional Development • Participate in ongoing training relating to immigration services, customer engagement, professional standards, compliance procedures, and technology-enabled advisory solutions., • Develop knowledge of UK immigration processes and regulated professional service environments under supervision. Person Specification Essential Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification., • Previous experience within professional services, advisory, consultancy, legal, financial, education, immigration, or regulated service environments., • Experience in customer engagement, client relationship management, business development, or advisory-focused service delivery., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and external stakeholders., • Commercial awareness and confidence in customer-facing environments., • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail., • Understanding of, or strong interest in, the use of AI and digital tools within professional services, advisory, legal, education, financial, or regulated environments., • Ability to confidently engage with digital platforms and explain technology-based service solutions to customers., • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a growing team environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication systems. Desirable Requirements • Experience supporting customer onboarding or service delivery processes., • Interest in immigration services and regulated professional environments., • Experience engaging with multicultural or international client communities. Working Arrangements • Hybrid working arrangement., • Primary working location will be Manchester., • Occasional travel to the Essex office and external meetings/events may be required.
