About Us HUAYU (UK) TRADING CO., LTD specialises in the sales and distribution of infrared heating lamps, ultraviolet lamps, excimer lamps, and a wide range of quartz products for industrial and technical applications. We are expanding our UK operations and are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to support business growth and strengthen our market presence. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, budget, and activity plan aligned with business growth targets, • Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital marketing, industry platforms, email marketing, and partnerships) to generate qualified business leads, • Build and enhance brand presence within the industrial lighting and quartz products sector through clear and engaging content, • Plan and produce professional marketing materials, including website content, product brochures, case studies, and newsletters, • Manage and optimise the company website and improve the customer enquiry journey to increase conversions, • Support the company’s participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to raise brand visibility and develop business opportunities, • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the Director, • Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B or industrial sector experience preferred), • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email campaigns, and online lead generation, • Experience managing website content and marketing materials, • Ability to create clear technical or product-focused content for professional audiences, • Familiarity with trade exhibitions and industry events marketing, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on campaign performance, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered for suitable candidates) What We Offer • Competitive salary of £45,000 – £51,000 per year, • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing international trading business, • Exposure to industrial and technical markets across the UK and beyond, • Supportive and collaborative working environment
