    About the Role We are looking for a motivated and organised Online Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of online sales, customer enquiries, orders, product listings and stock information. Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer enquiries and orders through email, online chat and social media., • Process online sales orders accurately and coordinate with logistics for delivery., • Maintain and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms., • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability is accurately reflected online., • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently., • Work with the marketing team to support online promotions and special offers., • Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports for management., • Maintain accurate sales and customer records., • Follow company policies, procedures and relevant industry requirements. Requirements • Previous experience in sales administration, online sales or customer service is desirable., • Good communication and customer service skills., • Strong organisational and administrative skills., • Good IT skills and confidence using online sales platforms., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
