We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager with a minimum of 2 years in childcare to oversee the operations of our children's care home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in childcare. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care for residential children, particularly those with learning difficulties and other complex needs. The Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and that the highest standards of care are maintained. • Manage the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices., • Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to the needs of residents., • Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal childcare., • Foster a positive environment that promotes the well-being and dignity, • Conduct regular assessments of needs and adjust care plans accordingly., • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care and staff performance., • Liaise with families, healthcare providers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support, • Proven experience in managing a home or similar childcare facility., • Strong understanding of home care practices, • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team., • In-depth knowledge of childcare principles and best practices., • Ability to develop effective care plans that meet individual child needs., • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance matters., • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with professionals, families, and staff., • Additional leave, • Company events, • Company pension, • Flexitime, • On-site parking, • Profit sharing
