Overview We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is skilled in performing tasks such as clerical and related office functions. Core responsibilities include administrative duties including travel planning, calendar management, information and communications organization, meeting and event planning/execution. You will wear multiple hats; duties may also include facilities management and troubleshooting, coordinating office visits, ordering supplies, and ad hoc requests. This role will sit in our Philadelphia office 4 days a week. How you'll make an impact • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Gallagher Re employees in our Philadelphia office, • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc., • Help manage flow of information and commitments, including over the phone and electronically Required: • Associates degree and 5+ years of related experience, • Proficiency in Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Work Traits: • Excellent organizational skills, • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, • Strong verbal and written communication skills #LI-KF1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
