Job Title:Senior Analyst, Investor Relations Location:Remote Located in New York Job Summary: TrueAero is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Analyst, Investor Relations to join our Capital Markets team. This role will play a key part in supporting the companys investor relations, fundraising, and portfolio reporting initiatives, providing critical insights and execution support to ensure transparent, timely, and impactful communication with our capital partners. The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to help shape an industry-leading investor relations program that showcases TrueAeros strategic capabilities, financial track record and market position. The role blends deep financial expertise with aviation industry insight, translating complex analysis into compelling financial narratives for investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. The Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with the SVP, Head of Capital Markets, as well as colleagues in Finance, Asset Valuation & Modeling, and Commercial teams to prepare investor materials, manage fundraising and due diligence processes, track deal flow, create investment memos and produce detailed portfolio and financial analyses. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical rigor with excellent communication skills and an interest in aviation finance, asset-based investing, and institutional capital markets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Investor Marketing & Fundraising Support, • Maintain and update the investor CRM and contact database, ensuring accurate tracking of engagement, follow-ups, and communication history, • Ensure visibility into TrueAeros global deal pipeline by curating and distributing weekly deal opportunity summaries for capital partners, • Prepare investor materials, including presentations, corporate updates, pitch decks, and offering materials for asset deals and capital raises, • Support monthly/quarterly investor reporting, performance updates, and ad-hoc partner communications, • Develop visual dashboards and metrics that communicate asset and portfolio-level performance trends, • Develop supporting analyses for fundraising processes, including return modeling, asset performance summaries, and pipeline overviews, • Collaborate closely with banking partners and financial advisors, • Coordinate investor data room materials and due diligence responses across teams, • Work with the Asset Valuation & Modeling and Finance teams to compile and analyze portfolio performance data for internal and external reporting, • Support onboarding of new capital partners and new fund formation, • Monitor relevant aviation, capital markets, and economic data to support marketing materials and investor inquiries, • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market positioning analyses Required Education, Skills, and Experience: • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field; Masters degree or CFA a plus, • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or aviation finance, • Robust financial and analytical acumen, including strong command of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and market analysis, • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with CRM systems and data visualization tools a plus, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize financial and operational data into clear, concise narratives, • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines, • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet investors and attend industry events Knowledge, Behavior, and Abilities: • Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills, able to build a rapport with our clients and present information clearly and persuasively., • Detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment., • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high-performing team., • Strategic thinker and problem solver, with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions., • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
