POSITION TITLE Product Owner – CareScout/USLI Agent Portal POSITION LOCATION This position is available to Virginia residents as Richmond, Virginia hybrid/in-office applicants or remote applicants residing in states/locations under Eastern or Central Standard Time: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia or Wisconsin. YOUR ROLE As a Product Owner, you will focus on enhancing the agent experience, which directly impacts the customer experience. You will manage the agent self-service portal, enabling licensed agents and their teams to complete key transactions such as accessing policy information, submitting applications, and reviewing commission statements. This role requires strong collaboration with IT, PMO, and cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver intuitive, empowering digital experiences. Success depends on your ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization to achieve shared goals. What you will be doing • Build strong partnerships across Technology, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders., • Advocate for a seamless, customer-centric experience across digital journeys., • Maintain and prioritize a transparent product backlog with clear acceptance criteria., • Ensure two sprints of refined stories are consistently ready for development., • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories., • Partner with UX Research and Product Design teams to optimize customer journeys., • Track project status and report progress to leadership., • Ensure compliance with legal, security, and industry best practices., • Analyze voice of the customer feedback loops to identify product optimization opportunities to action with your agile team, • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders and at times customers What you bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, • 4–5 years of experience in developing and executing digital capabilities, with the ability to lead and influence others across teams within Scrum/Agile frameworks., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills., • Excellent communication and influencing abilities across all levels., • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities., • MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus., • Experience working with or as a business systems analyst preferred., • eCommerce product management experience with UX optimization focus a plus., • Familiarity with UX design, user-centered methodologies, and analytics tools preferred., • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making preferred. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 10% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications to ensure pay equity within the organization.
