Position Details • Work Location: Onsite or Hybrid (Possibly Remote), • Corporate HQ: Onalaska, WI, • Total Compensation: $115,000 – $165,000 annually (Represents Base + Incentive) Your Purpose As the Director of Enterprise Architecture & Platforms, you'll serve as both a strategic and operational leader, guiding how Dynamic designs, manages, and optimizes its enterprise technology ecosystem. This role bridges strategy and execution — ensuring our ERP, CRM, integrations, and supporting platforms are secure, scalable, and delivering measurable business value. You'll establish architectural standards, lead platform and integration evolution, oversee vendor relationships, and drive governance that balances innovation with stability. You'll also act as a business liaison, partnering closely with key leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of critical applications, understand business needs, and ensure technology support aligns with performance expectations. Your leadership will ensure that Dynamic's technology foundation advances efficiency, reliability, and customer experience across the enterprise. What You'll Do • Define and execute a forward-looking enterprise architecture strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency., • Lead and manage the ERP and CRM platform roadmaps, balancing strategic evolution with day-to-day performance, enhancement, and user adoption., • Oversee integration development and standards, ensuring secure, efficient data flow across systems and reducing technical debt., • Manage vendors and contracts, negotiating performance, SLAs, and costs to maximize system reliability and value., • Direct and support a team of developers and analysts., • Implement and maintain governance frameworks for system changes, integrations, and data quality in alignment with Security & Policy requirements., • Act as a business liaison with key leaders to assess the effectiveness of core systems, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure application performance and support meet business needs., • Partner with the VP of Technology to translate business strategy into executable technology initiatives and guide prioritization of enterprise platforms. What You Bring (Briefcase) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)., • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, integration, and platform leadership., • Proven success with ERP/CRM ecosystems, vendor management, and leading cross-functional technical teams., • Preferred: Experience in ITAD, recycling, or manufacturing environments; experience leading large-scale migrations. Skills & Abilities (Head) • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration technologies, and data governance., • Skilled in technology road mapping, vendor management, system design, and strategic communication., • Ability to balance tactical execution with long-term strategy., • Natural influencer who can coach, mentor, and align teams toward shared goals., • Strategic thinker who sees the big picture while driving measurable outcomes.
