ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to) • Coordinate and perform daily material movement activities across assigned departments, value streams, or facilities., • Move materials to and from production work centers based on priorities, schedules, and operational demand., • Stage material for production, shipment, transfer, or storage., • Support receiving and shipping processes, including unloading, loading, verification, and documentation., • Ensure material is properly identified, labeled, scanned, and transacted in the system., • Maintain visibility of material locations, rack/bin status, and job movement across operations., • Support interdepartmental and interbuilding movement of WIP and completed components., • Communicate with supervisors, planners, readiness team members, and production teams regarding urgent material needs and movement priorities., • Assist in resolving basic material location issues, transaction discrepancies, and movement delays., • Maintain organized material storage areas, staging lanes, and flow paths., • Follow standard work for material handling, rack/bin usage, equipment use, labeling, and safety requirements. QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or equivalent required., • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling., • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment., • Basic ERP, scanner, or inventory transaction experience. PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong organizational and follow-through skills., • Ability to work across multiple priorities and respond quickly to production needs., • Basic understanding of manufacturing material flow., • Attention to detail in labeling, scanning, and material identification., • Strong communication and teamwork skills., • Ability to safely handle and move materials throughout the facility.
