This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is organized, personable, and driven. The receptionist will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for clients and staff. Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism, empathy, and care, • Answer, screen, and route phone calls, ensuring each caller receives prompt and helpful service, • Assist with new client intake and support prospective clients with initial inquiries, • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency, • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office communications, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and shared office spaces, • Perform administrative support tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and managing office supplies, • Prepare meeting rooms, assist with refreshments, and help keep kitchen/common areas tidy, • Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operationsQualifications:, • High school diploma or GED required, • Prior experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer-facing role preferred, • Familiarity with legal or medical terminology a plus, though not required, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency with office technology (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, printers, scheduling systems), • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, • Professional, friendly, and composed demeanor with strong emotional intelligenceBenefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, and a 401K plan.
