Key Responsibilities: Daily Housing Support & Community Engagement: • Implement individualized, engaging activities tailored to each participant, • Support participants in reaching their personal goals and maximizing independence, • Provide guidance and encouragement in home and community settings, • Foster community inclusion and involvement, • Must be at least 21 years old, • High School Diploma/GED, • One year of experience in Human Services (preferred), • Active, clean, non-restricted Connecticut Driver’s License (minimum 3 years U.S. possession), • Clean driving history, • Reliable transportation, • Ability to safely lift at least 75 lbs., • Work occurs in home and community settings Favarh is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).
