This isn't just about reporting numbers - it's about uncovering insights, telling the story behind the data, and helping leaders make smarter, faster decisions. In this role, you'll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, turning financial results into actionable strategies that fuel profitable growth. You'll partner closely with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering to connect the dots between business strategy and financial outcomes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategic Planning & Forecasting • Lead the annual budgeting process and build multi-year financial plans aligned with REP's growth strategy., • Manage rolling forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key scenarios., • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with clear variance analysis., • Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs that drive decision-making., • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to provide financial guidance., • Model key initiatives including new product launches, pricing strategies, and channel expansion., • Improve financial models, reporting, and data processes for greater speed and accuracy., • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate financial statements and a smooth month-end close., • Mentor junior team members and help scale the FP&A function as REP grows, while also coaching cross-functional partners to strengthen their financial acumen and analytical skills. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • This position will begin as an individual contributor role. While you hold the title of Manager, you'll initially operate as a one-person FP&A team. As REP continues to scale, this role will have the opportunity to build, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field., • 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting; experience in a high-growth or consumer goods company strongly preferred., • MBA or CFA preferred CORE COMPETENCIES: Financial Acumen & Analytical Rigor - Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis, with a strong grasp of P&L, cash flow, and key business drivers. Business Partnership - Works closely with department leaders to align financial insights with business strategies and growth initiatives. Strategic Thinking - Anticipates trends, evaluates market dynamics, and supports leadership in making long-term, growth-oriented decisions. Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverages ERP/BI systems and KPIs to inform recommendations. Communication & Storytelling - Translates complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and cross-functional teams. Process Improvement & Scalability - Builds efficient, repeatable FP&A processes and reporting tools to support REP's rapid growth.
