Restaurant General Manager

Responsible for the seamless operation of the Restaurant

Ensuring excellent service, adherence to the company ethos, procedures and budgetary targets and compliance with all statutory guidance

Manage all restaurant and kitchen team including recruitment, ongoing training, discipline, and motivation

Maintain excellent service, food & drink quality, consistently exceeding expectations across departments

Guest queries are addressed in a timely, empathetic, and personable manner

Daily/weekly financial reports

Identify and implement measures to meet the restaurant and event revenue and profit targets

Restaurant is set up and ready for service on time, kept tidy and always organised

Appropriate, comprehensive, and timely communication

Company policies, procedures and brand standards are understood and followed

Essential Skills:

Confident and well-presented

Strong communicator, engaging and enthusiastic

Guest focused and passionate about food

Team player and hands-on, motivational leader

Constantly striving to learn and improve knowledge

Fluent in English

Proficient in EPOS

First Aid Trained

Level 2 upward Health and Safety
