Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support their surgical portfolio and partner with leading healthcare teams across the region. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of clinical experience, particularly those familiar with surgical workflows, operating theatres, perioperative pathways, or medical device use, who are looking to build a future in surgical sales. What You'll Be Do • Partner with Area Sales Managers to support sales performance across the territory, • Assist with in-theatre product demonstrations and case support, • Deliver product education and training to surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams, • Build and maintain strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams, • Gather clinical insights to help refine and enhance product offerings, • Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations, • Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric training sessions, and industry events What You Bring • 1-3 years' clinical experience, ideally in theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care, • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders, • Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and emerging technologies, • Highly organised, resilient, and proactive, • Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments, • Full UK driving licence Why This Role You'll gain comprehensive onboarding with specialist surgical sales training, hands-on experience with advanced surgical equipment and technologies, and a clear development pathway into Sales Manager positions.
