Your Role, Your Impact As a key member of the Regional Growth Team, you will be the primary link between the company and our most valued clients, including national developers, RMCs, and Freeholders. Your aim is to ensure they remain long-term partners who view us as their management partner of choice. You will proactively nurture these relationships, identify opportunities for organic growth, and ensure our service delivery consistently exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop deep, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to drive sustainable business growth, ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and confident in our management capabilities., • Adopt a "client-first" mindset by initiating regular, meaningful touchpoints with Developers and RMC Directors, conducting regular face to face reviews to ensure high satisfaction levels., • Proactively utilise client feedback to identify pain points early, turning potential service issues into opportunities for growth and process improvement., • Take full responsibility for all incoming new leads, driving the follow-up process and nurturing every enquiry to ensure a high-quality client experience from the outset., • Critically analyse developer documents and site plans to extract key requirements, ensuring our management proposals are accurate and commercially viable., • Lead the end-to-end tender submission process, collaborating with operational and regional teams to coordinate and deliver persuasive, tailored proposals that align with client requirements and meet all critical deadlines., • Take the lead in presenting proposals to prospective clients, delivering confident and tailored pitches that clearly articulate our value and expertise., • Take ownership of the CRM database, ensuring all client information and lead activity is maintained with total accuracy to provide real-time, high-quality reporting on portfolio health and growth trends., • Assist in ongoing market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities., • Represent the business at key industry events, networking forums and conferences., • Support the Commercial Director in delivering regional strategies, ensuring all account activity aligns with wider business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in an account management role within residential property management., • Strong understanding of the residential property sector, including market trends, customer needs and commercial drivers., • Demonstrable knowledge of RMCs, RTMs and developer requirements., • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels., • Strong relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach., • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical capability., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems., • TPI Level 2 qualification or above (preferred but not essential)., • Proven track record of retaining high-value accounts and delivering sustainable organic growth within existing client portfolios What’s in it for you?
