Head of Marketing \n Location: Hybrid - Swindon/Home \n Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + full benefits package + bonus \n At tmGroup, we’re taking conveyancing into a brighter, smarter, and simpler future with our award-winning technology. \n From instant quote tools and seamless onboarding to comprehensive searches and risk management, we use data, technology, and expertise to help our clients move forward with confidence. \n We are looking for a Head of Marketing who leads from the front - someone who can set the GTM strategy and bring the pace and ambition to deliver it themselves, not just direct it. You'll lead a small team of three while staying hands on yourself, work confidently with senior stakeholders, and be as comfortable with the numbers as you are with the campaigns. Big-picture thinking, delivered at ground level. \n What you’ll do \n Go-to-market & campaigns \n\n • Leading the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns - digital, content and CRM-led - that generate qualified pipeline, not just impressions\n, • Creating content and messaging tailored to specific personas and market segments\n\n CRM & growth marketing \n\n • Turning our CRM into a genuine growth engine through segmentation, automation and lifecycle marketing\n, • Reactivating dormant accounts and improving their contribution to pipeline\n, • Tracking and improving campaign performance - from engagement and click-throughs through to conversion and pipeline contribution\n\n Brand & thought leadership \n\n • Lifting tmGroup's market presence with whitepapers, webinars and LinkedIn content that has real substance, not just noise\n, • Positioning tmGroup as a thought leader in adjacent markets as well as our core market\n\n Sales alignment & enablement \n\n • Building a close working partnership with Sales, including joint planning and a clear way of working together\n, • Creating sales enablement content and tools - pitch decks, case studies, ROI calculators - that sales use and that move deals forward\n, • Using what we know about our customers to sharpen messaging and targeting\n\n Leadership & accountability \n\n • Leading and developing a small team, staying closely involved in delivery rather than working purely at a distance\n, • Owning the marketing budget and being accountable for ROI across brand, digital and lead generation\n, • Acting as a visible advocate for tmGroup's purpose and values, and representing the business in marketing and industry circles\n\n \n About you \n\n • A hands-on marketing leader - someone who is as comfortable building a campaign as leading a team\n, • Strong GTM, demand generation and growth marketing experience, rather than a background rooted in big-brand strategy\n, • Experience leading and developing a team while remaining closely involved in the work and delivery\n, • Experience working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, with the ability to manage upward\n, • Strong commercial and numerical skills - genuinely comfortable owning a budget, not just campaigns\n, • A practical, delivery-focused approach - energetic, hands on and quick to turn plans into action\n\n What matters more to us than your current job title is your track record of getting things done - hands on GTM and growth marketing experience, pace, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. \n Property, conveyancing or LegalTech experience is an advantage but not a requirement. \n What we offer \n\n • £70,000 - £80,000 + full benefits package\n, • Hybrid working from our Swindon HQ\n, • 25 days holiday (increasing with service) and holiday purchase scheme\n, • Private health (after qualifying period), pension, life assurance\n, • Flexible benefits covering financial, wellness, legal, and medical support\n, • Rewards platform with a wide range of perks and options\n, • Free on-site parking, with breakfast and fresh fruit provided\n, • Genuine scope to shape and grow the marketing function as the business grows\n\n About us \n tmGroup is a leading UK provider of property searches and technology for conveyancing professionals. With over 20 years’ experience and Private Equity backed growth, we’re committed to making property transactions faster, easier, and more transparent. \n We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer and are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, race, religion or belief, *, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic. \n If you're a hands on marketing leader who thrives on doing as well as directing, we'd love to hear from you - apply today.
