Senior Growth Marketer – Travel Funnels & Conversion Long decision journeys · Multi-market travel · AI-driven & scrappy Hi, I’m Tomas, Founder & CEO of Worldee. We’re now looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can turn our research, content and product into predictable, profitable growth across multiple markets - with a small budget and a big brain. This is not a Head of Growth role and not a Performance Marketing Lead role. We already have both. This is a senior doer role for someone who loves building funnels, improving conversion and owning the customer journey from first touch to booking. The role in 15 seconds In this role you will: • Own full-funnel strategy for high-value trips with long decision cycles, • Turn our deep research and high-value content offers (HVCOs - checklists, guides, planners) into testable funnels, • Work hand-in-hand with our Performance Marketer and Email Specialist, • Deliver ROI-positive growth on small, “sniper” budgets Your mission Your job is simple to describe, hard to do: • Increase and stabilise conversion on our core funnels, especially for high-value trips with long decision cycles, • Turn our existing deep research, HVCOs and product advantages into clear, testable funnel strategies, • Help us become ROI positive and scalable across markets, starting with Czech Republic and the US Where you will focus • Primary market: Czech Republic, • Parallel focus: United States How you will work and with whom You will not be alone, but you will also not be a classic manager. You will work with a very lean team: • 1× full-time Performance Marketer (hands-on in Meta & Google Ads), • 1× part-time Email Specialist (email flows, deliverability, operations) Your role: • You are not the person inside ad accounts every day, • But deep performance marketing knowledge is mandatory, • You will co-design campaigns, funnels, audiences, offers, measurement with our Performance Marketer, • You will spend the majority of your time planning, writing, building, analysing and testing - not managing people, • You will constantly look for high-leverage, low-cost moves:, • smarter segmentation instead of bigger budgets, • better offers instead of more impressions, • smarter content and partnerships instead of just more ads What you will actually do Own the full funnel strategy for key destinations and segments • From first touch (ads, content, HVCOs - checklists, guides, planners), • Through lead capture (lead magnets, planners, checklists), • Through long, multi-touch nurturing (email, remarketing, content), • For high-price, multi-day trips with long decision journeys, • For customers who might take weeks or months to decide, • Define angles, audiences, offers and funnel flows, • Set clear success metrics and testing plans, • Landing pages, claims, social proof, guarantees, pricing blocks, • Our step-by-step checkout flow (stepper checkout) and friction reduction, • Build and optimise email sequences for long decision cycles, • Design nurture paths for different segments and markets, • Content and creator collaborations, • Communities and referral loops, • Always be testing headlines, layouts, offers, lead magnets, sequences, • Document what works and what doesn’t, • Scale winners across markets We are an AI-driven startup Worldee is built around AI. We expect you to: • Use AI daily to multiply your output, • research, idea generation, first drafts of copy, analysis, creative briefs, • Be curious and proactive in finding new AI workflows, • Treat AI as your force multiplier, especially in a small-team, small-budget environment, • Be an AI enthusiast who genuinely enjoys exploring new tools and working 3x smarter You must have • Travel industry experience, • You have worked in travel (OTA, tour operator, dynamic packaging, online travel product, etc.)., • You understand seasonality, destinations, margins, and how travelers think., • Scaling a travel product across multiple markets, • You have helped grow a travel product in at least 2–3 markets in parallel (for example: DACH + CEE, UK + US, Nordics + EU, etc.)., • Deep understanding of performance marketing, • You know how Meta & Google work, how budgets are allocated, and how targeting and creative strategy impact CAC and LTV., • You do not have to be the person pressing all buttons in the ad accounts, but you can:, • challenge performance strategies, • co-create testing plans, • read and interpret results, • make decisions based on numbers, • High-ticket, long decision journey experience, • You have worked with products where:, • the price is high (multi-day trips or similar high-ticket products), • people take weeks or months to decide, • success depends on smart nurturing and multi-touch funnels, not one ad and one click, • Comfort with small budgets, • You have delivered results when budgets were limited, • You rely on creativity, targeting and offers more than brute-force spend, • 5+ years in growth / funnel / conversion marketing, • Comfortable with GA4, event tracking and basic attribution, • Ability to write in English in a way that sells (ads, landing pages, email intros), • You love travel and understand the overwhelm of planning a complex trip It’s a big plus if you • Have experience with email marketing / marketing automation (Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot or similar), • Have done structured CRO (A/B testing, tools like Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize in the past), • Have worked in a startup or scaleup with lean teams, • Have experience with content-driven funnels and high-value content offers (HVCOs) Who you are as a person • You think like an owner, not like an agency account, • You love clarity, numbers and reality more than buzzwords, • You are happiest when you are building and improving, not just planning, • You prefer simple dashboards and clear targets over complex reports, • You are naturally scrappy: you enjoy making things work with less money and more creativity, • You enjoy direct feedback and want to see the concrete impact of your work Location & way of working • Ideally based within the CET time zone, • We are open to remote within Europe for the right person, • Collaboration as full-time role (employment or long-term contractor, depending on your situation) What we offer • A chance to help build a global travel brand from Europe to the US, • A product that changes how people travel and plan their dream trips, • Direct collaboration with the founder and core team, • An environment where AI, experimentation, speed and guerilla thinking are the default, • Competitive package with upside linked to performance and company growth What success looks like (first 6 months) • You stabilise and improve CVR on 1–2 key funnels for priority destinations, • You design and launch at least 2–3 HVCO-based funnels in CZ and US, • You bring selected paid funnels to at least break-even (or better) on a blended basis for specific trips How to apply If this sounds like your next big journey, send me: • A short intro about you and your travel experience, • 1 concrete case study from travel where you:, • improved CVR / CAC / ROAS, • scaled to multiple markets, • built effective funnels for long decision journeys, • delivered results with limited budgets, • Anything that shows your work in action (screenshots, links, deck, etc.) 📧 Subject: Senior Growth Marketer – Worldee
