Weev are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Sales & Service Support Executive to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential customers, promoting our EV solutions, and closing sales. The Sales & Service Support Executive will interact with new and existing customers through emails, telephone calls, and other avenues to support our customers throughout their sales journey with Weev. This important role requires strong administrative skills and an ability to identify sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities As a Sales & Service Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for the following: • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough research and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, evaluate their potential fit with our EV solutions, and qualify them as viable leads., • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle., • Sales Conversion: Follow up with the customer to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached while meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Customer Support: Be the professional voice of Weev, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers., • Enquiry Management: Handle basic enquiries regarding our charging network, app usage, and installation services with speed and accuracy., • General Administration: Manage data entry via our CRM, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records., • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between customers and our engineering team, ensuring technical queries are routed to the right experts, and the correct information is acquired at install., • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of quotes, invoices, and site feasibility reports. Essential Criteria • Demonstrated experience in a busy customer service or sales role, preferably in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales., • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and deliver compelling sales pitches., • A customer - centric mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and provide tailored solutions., • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment., • Willingness to embrace change, learn quickly, and adapt strategies as required to meet evolving market demands., • Strong organisational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritise tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously. Desirable Criteria • Interest in sustainability and the electric vehicle industry, including EV charging infrastructure, vehicles, and related technologies., • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, to manage leads and track sales activities., • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.
