The Opportunity This is a key role in driving our next chapter. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will lead the charge in identifying, securing, and growing commercial opportunities across our core services. Youll join a small, focused leadership team and work closely with both technical and operational colleagues to deliver profitable, long-term client partnerships. What Youll Do Develop and grow Intouchs client base within private and commercial sectors. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed proposals. Build long-term, trust-based relationships that generate repeat business. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Stay informed on networking, Wi-Fi, and smart-building technology trends. Represent Intouch professionally and uphold our reputation for quality and reliability. What Were Looking For Industry Background : Networking, connectivity, Wi-Fi, or technology infrastructure (not electrical contracting). Experience : 5 years in technical sales, business development, or account management. Core Skills : Prospecting, relationship building, solution selling, and commercial acumen. Technical Understanding : Structured cabling, Wi-Fi systems, and IP-based technologies (CCTV, access control desirable). Personal Traits : Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership.
