Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multifamily apartment community. This role assists the Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, rent collections, compliance, and administrative duties while providing excellent customer service to a diverse resident population. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily operations of the apartment community, • Support leasing activities, including tours, applications, approvals, and renewals, • Communicate effectively with residents in English and Spanish, • Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and notices, • Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally, • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies, • Coordinate with the maintenance team on work orders and resident requests, • Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and leasing documentation, • Assist with move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and audits, • Step in for the Property Manager as needed Requirements & Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required), • 1–3 years of apartment or multifamily experience preferred, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Familiarity with leasing, renewals, and resident relations, • Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, • Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email), • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, etc.), • Affordable housing or LIHTC experience (if applicable), • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay based on experience, • Leasing bonuses or commissions (if applicable), • Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable), • Paid time off and holidays
