Job Description EDS Service Solutions is looking for a high-achieving, results-oriented Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant and staff to support our staffing efforts. This role involves a high volume of interviews daily, working closely with site managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Location: DFW International Airport Key Responsibilities: • Recruiting & Hiring: Conduct high-volume calls and interviews daily to meet staffing needs. Collaborate with site managers to forecast hiring demands and fill open positions quickly., • Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate applicant and employee information, including applications, timecards, new hire forms, and compliance documentation., • Onboarding & Training: Coordinate and oversee new hire orientation, collect and upload required forms, and ensure employee profiles are complete and compliant., • Scheduling & Timekeeping: Support managers by updating schedules, correcting time entries, monitoring overtime projections, and tracking attendance., • Candidate Screening: Evaluate applicants’ skills, qualifications, and availability, • Onboarding & Employee Relations: Conduct new-hire orientations, manage the onboarding process, support employee relations, and conduct exit interviews., • Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain strong communication with recruitment partners, including online platforms, churches, community groups, colleges, and other approved vendors., • Communications & Culture: Create and manage staff communications—both printed and electronic and reinforce company culture by integrating organizational values into recruiting, training, and development programs., • Employee relationship: working closely with account manager to review employee time off requests, coverage for all schedule shifts, follow up with daily attandace tracking and entry date input. Required Skills and Experience: • Previous experience in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, • Timekeeping management skills, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail., • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; able to work with individuals at all levels., • Professional written and verbal communication abilities., • Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license., • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Shift: FULL TIME/ Monday-Friday / weekends are needed Hourly Rate: $17 hr #EDSNationwidepriority If you meet the requirements requested and would like to be considered for the position, please submit your resume with a good point of contact.
