Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to lead our investor communications, capital raising, and market strategy initiatives. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the firm and its investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and institutional partners. The role involves articulating the company's strategy and performance, driving fundraising efforts, managing investor communications, and enhancing the firm's visibility and brand in the investment community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Capital Raising & Business Development • Work with and direct VP Business Development in developing strategies to raise $100M in capital in first 18 months, while maintaining the firm's exceptional investor and industry reputation., • Lead capital formation efforts for current and upcoming real estate credit offering (full cycle from new client prospecting to relationship management to cross-selling)., • Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, RIAs, broker-dealers, funds of funds, and family offices including direct coverage of a defined account universe., • Present the firm's investment strategies, fund offerings, and performance metrics to prospects and investor committees., • Coordinate due diligence efforts, including DDQs, RFPs, and RFIs in collaboration with the marketing team., • Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry conferences, and private events., • Maintain CRM database and track investor interactions and fundraising pipeline transparently for senior leadership. Investor Relations & Communications • Manage and enhance investor communication materials including quarterly reports, earnings announcements, press releases, presentations, performance updates and ad hoc requests., • Lead the creation of earnings-related materials (call scripts, Q&A documents, etc.) and coordinate quarterly earnings processes., • Maintain the company's investor relations website in collaboration with the marketing team and ensure all external messaging is factual, transparent, and consistent., • Communicate investor insights, industry trends, and competitor positioning to senior leadership., • Conduct industry and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and investor engagement. Strategic & Operational Leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, loan origination and executive management) to align messaging, investor materials and capital raising., • Develop strong knowledge of Arixa's business, fund structures and products as well as related markets, • Deliver actionable insights and analysis that inform corporate strategy and investor positioning., • Optimize capital allocation, balancing growth investments with balance sheet strength and returns., • Improve operational efficiencies by streamlining reporting, controls, and investor processes., • Plan and execute investor/analyst events, forums, and non-deal roadshows., • Special projects as needed Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA, CFA, or postgraduate degree strongly preferred., • 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising, equity research, private equity, credit, or related financial fields., • 5+ years of management experience in investor relations or capital market, • Proven track record in fundraising across HNW, institutional, and retail investor channels and relevant network of current relationships., • Ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to diverse investor audiences., • Deep knowledge of real estate markets, private/public credit, and alternative investments., • Experience working with institutional investors (e.g., pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, financial institutions)., • Proficient in financial statements, capital markets, and IR strategy., • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence., • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives and deadlines., • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven., • Willingness to work onsite in Los Angeles and travel for client meetings and industry events. Compensation This LA-based position requires in-office work two (2) or more days per week to ensure close alignment among all team members. This position is exempt, regular full- time, with Salary Range of $185,000-235,000 plus discretionary bonus potential. Benefits The employee is eligible for the following benefits: 1.
