Job Description Job Title: Performance & Coaching Specialist Location: Towson, MD Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Stouffer Legal is looking for a Performance & Coaching Specialist who can work closely with our attorneys to enhance communication, elevate the client experience, and drive measurable performance improvement. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our attorneys are consistently delivering five-star experiences while achieving individual and team goals. Key Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one coaching to attorneys to improve communication and client engagement, • Lead weekly team meetings with 10–20 people to deliver instruction, feedback, and motivation, • Review recorded or live client presentations and provide performance-enhancing feedback, • Collaborate with other departments (workshop, client services, business development) to optimize conversions, • Develop and implement ongoing coaching programs aligned with company goals, • Train new hires using company materials and custom-developed content, • Deliver coaching across all performance levels, including low performers with improvement plans, • Monitor and report department and individual performance metrics weekly, • Use varied coaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and goals Core Competencies • Strong performance coaching and motivational leadership skills, • Ability to build a growth-oriented, high-accountability culture, • Experience setting benchmarks and coaching teams to exceed them, • Skilled in training development and delivery (individual and group), • Familiar with conversion metrics and performance tracking across a revenue funnel, • Capable of working across departments to align training with business objectives, • Confident in presenting, giving feedback, and coaching both new and seasoned professionals, • Proficient with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office 365 Benefits • Pay day twice a month on the 7th and 21st, • Eligible for benefits upon start date, • Health Insurance (CareFirst) with 50% company contribution, • Dental and Vision Insurance offered, • Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance 100% paid by company, • Basic Group-Term Life Insurance 100% paid by company, • 401k Contribution with up to 4% match, no vesting period, • Paid-time off starts at 15 days per year and increases with tenure, • 7 paid holidays, • Employee discount, • Paid training What You Can Expect in the Hiring Process • Submit application, • Phone interview (10–15 minutes), • Virtual (Microsoft Teams) interview (1 hour), • Complete candidate assessment (emailed to you), • In-person interview (1 hour), • Job offer, • You're hired!
