We are looking for a General Manager that will be in charge of our new shop opening in Canary Wharf (E14 5AB), and will assist our Head of Sales in her duties across our 3 shops.
Our shops are small. It is a great job if you are currently Assistant GM and want to grow.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Great service to our clients
-Share Kaleido mission & values with your team & our clients
-Prepare rotas, manage stock, send reports for Canary Wharf shop
-Prepare sales targets & ensure KPIs are exceeded
-Update and implement H&S procedures
-Liaise with Chefs and Drivers
-Hire & train new staff
-You are already responsible for managing a team and have a proven experience in stock management, Shop KPIs, rotas. For instance, your current role may be Assistant General Manager. (deal breaker)
-You love the contact with clients
-You like healthy and new type of food
-You enjoy working in a fast pace environment with some rush hours
-You have a strong attention to details
-You act like an owner and are 100% reliable
