We are looking for a full time Shift Manager to join our dark kitchen in Battersea.
Our dark kitchen operates food production only.
This role is full time, operating hours are between 9am and 12am - Monday to Sunday. Average hours 45 hours per week.
To be considered, candidates must have:
1) Experience as a Supervisor/Shift manager for at least 6-12 months , within hospitality.
2) A valid right to work in the UK
3) Must be flexible with working hours and shifts, early starts and late finishes.
To ensure the smooth running of the business alongside senior management, ensuring that you’ve got the right people, in the right place at the right time, keeping operations smooth!
Keeping an eye on wastage during the shift to ensure your restaurant achieves its GP target.
Dealing with any complaints promptly by reporting to the General or Assistant Manager know.
Ensuring all equipment is working correctly and teams are using equipment safely.
Checking the team are trained and follow all WingStop food safety and health and safety policies and practices while on shift to keep our customers and crew safe.
Keeping all people & operational compliances up to date.
