We are seeking an experienced and driven Asset Investment Manager to lead the delivery of our capital works, planned investment programmes, and fire safety compliance across a large and diverse housing portfolio. Reporting to the Regional General Manager you will have at least 5 years experience in warehouse and distribution\nGraduate Calibre\nprevious Budget responsibiliy of 10 million must have managed\nYou will play an essential role within the helping us to be the largest distributor of healthcare products to our customers.\nyou will be an experienced general manager who has operated within a fast-paced distribution business who puts the customer at the heart of all they do. You will have demonstrable experience of managing change programmes, driving excellence and growing an operation.
