Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Job Description: Client Services Assistant Location: Sale, Greater Manchester Hours: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (35.25 hours per week) The Opportunity Valenti Recruitment are supporting the search for a Client Services Assistant to join a well-established accountancy firm based in Sale. This is a client-facing, detail-driven role within a professional, regulated environment, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and delivering a high standard of client service. The Role You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring all communication and administrative processes are handled efficiently, professionally, and with full attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing inbound enquiries across multiple channels, • Take ownership of a shared inbox, prioritising and responding to queries promptly, • Proactively manage the client records process, tracking progress and following up where needed, • Attend internal meetings and follow through on actions and outstanding queries, • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including:, • Setting up clients across internal systems, • Configuring workflows, • Issuing welcome communications, • Gathering outstanding information, • Supporting compliance processes and registrations, • Maintain accurate, compliant client data across all systems, • Provide a professional front-of-house presence when required, • Support wider teams with high-quality administrative tasks as business needs evolve About You • Previous experience within a professional services or regulated environment (e.g. accountancy, legal, financial services), • Strong understanding of confidentiality, compliance, and handling sensitive data, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently, • Commercially aware with the ability to build strong client relationships, • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player What Success Looks Like • Delivering a consistently high standard of client service, • Maintaining accurate and compliant records at all times, • Taking full ownership of workload and responsibilities, • Becoming a reliable, trusted member of the team Benefits • Company pension, • Free parking, • Private medical insurance, • Gym membership
