We are seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role reports to our Account Management Team Lead for North America. You will own a book of Oktopost customers and be responsible for building long term value based relationships which lead to commercial revenue expansion and long term partnerships. This role combines sales expertise with a deep understanding of how to foster trusted long-term relationships and drive account growth. What you'll do • Responsible for all post-sale activities as part of the customers’ journey, including initial onboarding, social strategy, and QBRs., • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty., • Lead the expansion and renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers., • Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform., • Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features and services., • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting., • Follow and continually execute the Oktopost process for account managers.
