Mobile Crisis Care teams are dispatched into the community, at any location where the person is experiencing a non-violent crisis. Crisis services include assessment, treatment, stabilization, and linkage to appropriate services, diverting individuals from unnecessary legal system involvement and/or hospitalization. Program Supervisor II’s key duties & responsibilities: (1) supervise therapists and clinical case managers; (2) supervise the Crisis Intervention and Stabilization services rendered; (3) assist in the supervision of the mobile crisis response teams; (4) ensure adequate shift coverage; and (5) serve as direct-care support if there are any staff shortages. Program Supervisor II will have primary oversight of the HIPAA compliant web-based mental health system used to store and track client information.
