Job Description The IT Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing innovate technology solutions to our employees. The IT Support Specialist will become the technical “subject matter expert”, both from an end user perspective and a system functionality perspective. From troubleshooting employee issues to configuring new equipment and assisting IT Manager with multiple and diverse projects, this position will encompass all areas of IT within the business. Job Responsibilities We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who has excellent computer network skills, peripheral skills, pays attention to detail, and good communication skills. Some of the responsibilities include: • Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and phones., • Install and configure systems on employee devices., • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT related issues., • Maintain proper access and security with proprietary software., • Monitor helpdesk requests and respond timely to inquiries., • Engage with IT partners on necessary technical issues. Successful IT specialists are result-oriented individuals who love to tackle tough problems and find creative solutions. They are as comfortable interacting with people as they are with installing a computer network, and they excel at applying their skills to unfamiliar issues.
