Job Description Marketing Manager Sunny Isles Beach, Florida | Full-Time | On Property About the Role The Marketing Manager is at the center of how The Sunny shows up in the world. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be deeply embedded in building and scaling a hotel brand in real time. You will help translate big ideas — from programming launches to partnerships to seasonal campaigns — into organized, high-impact execution across social, digital, and on-property activations. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, collaborate with hotel operations, and play a visible role in shaping how guests experience the brand both online and on property. We are building more than a marketing department — we are building a brand engine that connects programming, partnerships, creative, and revenue into one cohesive experience.Core Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Workflow • Manage all inbound marketing requests across hotel departments, • Maintain and enforce the master marketing calendar, • Coordinate deadlines, approvals, and asset delivery, • Track initiative timelines and escalate risks early, • Ensure marketing launches occur on scheduleSocial Media & Community Management, • Schedule and publish approved organic social content, • Capture on-property content (photo and video) to support social and programming, • Manage daily community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, tags), • Escalate sensitive or brand-impacting inquiries appropriately, • Maintain platform hygiene (links, bios, highlights, tagging, etc.)On-Property Marketing & Activation Support, • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for hotel teams regarding signage, daily marketing needs, and on-property support requests, • Coordinate marketing support for programming, partnerships, and ambassador activations, • Lead execution of select on-property events and marketing-led activations, • Support influencer visits and on-site content logistics, • Capture content during programming and activations to support social and promotional efforts, • Maintain organized asset libraries and content archives, • Ensure key brand moments are documented and available for future useWebsite & Digital Execution, • Implement approved website updates, • Maintain booking links, tracking URLs, and campaign alignment, • Execute CRM and email campaigns as directed, • Ensure digital touchpoints reflect current programming and property prioritiesProgramming & Partnership Promotion Support, • Integrate programming and partnership initiatives into the marketing calendar, • Coordinate promotional timelines with Director of Marketing, • Deploy recap content following activations, • Maintain visibility into quarterly rollout plansReporting & Execution Health, • Compile monthly reporting dashboards across social, website, and campaign activity, • Track content cadence and engagement trends, • Report workflow constraints affecting deliveryQualifications, • 2–5 years of experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing, • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Comfortable capturing content in a fast-paced environment, • Experience with social media scheduling platforms and community management, • Familiarity with OTAs, CRMs, and email marketing platforms preferred, • Detail-oriented and systems-minded, • Strong communicator comfortable working cross-functionally, • Able to manage multiple
