Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace., • Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and company standards., • Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards., • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions., • Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors., • Manage hazardous waste, air emissions, wastewater discharge, and other environmental management programs., • Maintain accurate EHS records, prepare regulatory reports, and manage EHS data for performance tracking., • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall EHS performance and foster a strong safety culture. Recommended Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field., • 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity., • Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP)., • Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA) applicable to manufacturing operations., • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
